Over the summer the focus of Erinn’s Edibles will be my reflections on the Sea to Sea bike tour. Beginning with my trip to Seattle, WA for the kick off. I just returned this morning, around 9:30 am after a delay in Seattle. I have so much to share about my 6 days in Seattle. Over the next several days I will post several entries about my travels, the tour, the cyclists both as a whole and some individuals, my transformation, the send off, the first day, time with my cousin, and being caught in the middle of a high speed police chase in downtown Seattle.
